Mr. Kanarek is a seasoned player in the New York City real estate community. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kanarek has successfully originated significant commercial and residential transactions, creating tremendous value.
A leader professionally and academically, Mr. Kanarek leads NYU's Sustainable Built Environment Committee and is a candidate for a Master's of Science in Sustainable Real Estate Development.
Prior to entering real estate, Mr. Kanarek co-founded the Harambe Entrepreneur Alliance, a global platform for Africa centric investment and opportunities for African students and professionals.
Mr. Kanarek is a Broker A member of the Real Estate Board of New York and earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation in 2013 and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation in 2015. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute Young Leadership Group, Chairman's Circle of the James Beard Foundation, the 12th Street Block Association, Grounds for Sculpture, Guggenheim Museum, American Museum of Natural History, Skyscraper Museum, Princeton University Art Museum and the Valley Forge Military Academy New York City Alumni Regiment.

Alexander’s relentless pursuit to satisfy his clients comes from his previous experience in customer service and travel, having worked for an event production firm and a large bridal company. Originally from Villanova, PA, he received a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Business from New York University. His enthusiasm for his work stems from his fascination and enthusiasm for living in NYC. In his free time, Alexander is highly involved in the East Village Community Gardens. He is also passionate about community gardening, bee keeping, contemporary art, theater, basketball, yoga, and running.
Ronald Pasternak is a seasoned professional with comprehensive experience negotiating multi-million dollar transactions. Mr. Pasternak was the founding President of Direct Edge ECN, which was sold for $150 million USD after four years in business. Over a successful 20 year career in finance he was a market maker and major player in the equities markets.
Ronald is a highly intelligent expert in real estate. He brings passion and attention to detail in negotiating complex real estate transactions. Mr. Pasternak is a savvy businessman that you want as your advocate in any real estate transaction, whether you’re selling your property or leasing office space. He will make sure your needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Ron is an avid skier and tennis player. He is a staunch supporter of Lincoln Center and the performing arts. He also supports the Belleayre Conservatory at Belleayre Ski Center in the Catskills. Ronald is a member of the Upper West Side Republican Club and a graduate of Binghamton University with a BS in Accounting.
Ron lives with his partner, Tatyana and her two children on the Upper West Side. They have two children in college, a daughter at the University of Maryland pre-med, and his son studies at SUNY Buffalo majoring in finance.
Daniel Koch is a real estate professional who is experienced in surpassing the goals of his clients and creating the best value to meet their needs. Dan is a candidate for a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Finance at New York University’s Schack Institute.

Daniel currently lives on the Upper East Side. Originally from Long Island, Dan is sharp and intelligent. To relax, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and seeing Broadway shows. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing tennis.
